Our Posting & Packaging Policy and Refunds Policy

At BabiesIsland we value your custom and know how important it is to have your items delivered on time. So we currently use Royal Mail and a reliable local courier for our deliveries. We charge £3.95 to post most items to UK mainland addresses. However, some heavy and bulky items attract a surcharge, for example our little chairs and sofas.

Also, we welcome international customers and are happy to post to most countries outside the UK. Our website is automated to charge posting and packaging cost to the country that your order will be posted to. This charge will show up just before you check out. If in doubt, please email us: customer@BabiesIsland.co.uk and we will confirm the exact costs for you.

We aim to deliver all your orders within 14 days, stock permitting. If you will like to receive your order the next day, ensure you place your order well before 12 noon.
When we are extremely busy or when some items are out of stock, your order may be delayed. In such cases, we will inform you via email or telephone and advice when you will receive you order.

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 14 days in saleable condition. Sale purchases must be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange as required.

Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

To return an item, please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and send the item to the address given on the form.
